A Little Bit About Me
Hey! I'm Sudhanshu — a software engineer who leads mobile and full-stack engineering for a connected hospital technology platform at
Medoc Health. I graduated from
Medicaps University with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, and I've grown from a Flutter intern into leading a 25-engineer organization spanning mobile, backend, and AI/ML — while still staying hands-on enough to catch the details that make software feel genuinely well-built.
When I'm not on the computer, I love watching and playing cricket, and listening to music (mostly hip-hop — {KR$} it's okay if you don't know the artist).

What I Do
Design Systems
I care about consistency and craft at scale. At Medoc Health I introduced shared component style guides and design-system standards across four product surfaces built by different engineers — the difference between an app that looks designed and one that just looks assembled.
Mobile & Full-Stack Development
I build production Flutter applications and React web interfaces — from real-time systems (WebSocket, WebRTC/LiveKit video) to REST API integration and backend collaboration on schema design. I also use AI coding tools daily as part of how I write, refactor, and debug code.
Competitive Coding
Competitive programming built my foundation in problem-solving and algorithmic thinking. 200+ problems solved on LeetCode (rating 1462), 5 stars on HackerRank in C and C++, and 3 stars on CodeChef.
Experience
I've been building software professionally for close to four years now, growing from a Flutter intern into an engineering lead. Along the way I've picked up React, Node.js/Express, real-time systems (WebSocket, WebRTC), database and API design, and — more recently — AI-assisted development workflows, backed by Google's AI Essentials Specialization. I'm still practicing competitive programming, same as day one.
Some technologies I work with:

I'm a Lead Technical Engineer at Medoc Health, leading a 25-engineer team.

Offer Letter
Medoc Health
I joined MedocHealth, a healthcare technology startup, as a Flutter developer intern in my second year of college. Since then I've grown into Lead Technical Engineer, now overseeing a 25-person engineering organization across mobile, backend, and AI/ML, building a connected hospital ecosystem used across 10+ live hospital deployments.
Web-dev Internship
Completion Certificate
An early web development internship where I built a landing page, a personal portfolio site, and a temperature converter — foundational reps that fed directly into my later frontend work.
Selection Letter
MUIEEE Student Branch
Selected as an Executive Member of the Competitive Programming Team at MU-IEEE Student Branch, contributing to CP skill-building among students.
help-geared
Team Project
A Platform for Empathy and Support
Team project for the Google Solution Challenge: a donation website connecting people in need with donors, addressing food wastage and lack of resources by facilitating donations of food, money, and clothing. I worked as frontend developer, designing the interface and handling hosting.

Landing Page
Website
A static landing page built with HTML and CSS for a travel/adventure vacation site — an early exercise in layout and visual hierarchy.
Flappy Bird Game
Web Application
A Flappy Bird clone built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with custom sound effects and animated sprite characters — an early, hands-on JavaScript exercise.

Temperature Converter
Website
An interactive temperature converter built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, letting users convert between units instantly.
Student Record Management
C++ Project
A Student Record Management System in C++, using object-oriented programming and file handling to create, update, and delete student records.
Check out this short video describing the project!
Bmi Calculator
Flutter Project
A BMI Calculator App built with Flutter — an early cross-platform exercise combining a clean UI with Flutter's widget library.
Calendar App
Flutter Project
A Flutter calendar app letting users navigate dates and attach titles/descriptions to specific days, using Table Calendar and Provider for state management.
Google AI Essentials
Google / Coursera — 5-Course Specialization
Completed Google's AI Essentials Specialization (Introduction to AI, Discover the Art of Prompting, Maximize Productivity with AI Tools, Use AI Responsibly, Stay Ahead of the AI Curve). I use AI-assisted coding tools daily in my engineering work, and this formalized how I think about prompt engineering and responsible AI use.
HackerRank
Problem-Solving
Certified in Problem Solving by HackerRank
Validates proficiency in solving complex problems using efficient algorithms — the same foundation that got me to a 1462 LeetCode rating and 5-star HackerRank ratings in C and C++.
Frontend Web-development
Perfect e-Learning
Early foundation in building interactive, visually appealing user interfaces — a starting point for the frontend work I now do professionally in React and Flutter.
My SQL Essential Training
LinkedIn Learning
Foundational database administration, query optimization, and data security training — knowledge I now apply directly in schema design work with our backend team.
Cloud Foundation
AWS Academy
Foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts, AWS services, architectural best practices, and security considerations.
Java 11
LinkedIn Learning
Coursework covering Java fundamentals. Note: Java is not part of my current day-to-day stack (Flutter/Dart, React/JavaScript, Node.js).
Git & GitHub
LinkedIn Learning
Version control fundamentals I now use daily — Git/GitHub workflows, code review, and pull request management across a 25-engineer organization.
